Many thanks to all who donated dog food and supplies during the St Francis Blessing of the Animals last week and to those families who always remember our guests with Share Sunday food donations.
And now, It’s time to begin one of our most cherished traditions at The Sister Isaac Center — our Thanksgiving Basket Project!
For many years, we have provided baskets filled with everything needed to prepare a complete Thanksgiving dinner for more than 125 guest families. Each basket contains uncooked ingredients for the holiday meal, including a turkey, fresh fruits, and vegetables — items our guests don’t often have the opportunity to enjoy because of their cost.
This special project is made possible through the generosity and teamwork of St. Mark’s, UNCW, St. Mary School, Religious Education, and many individual donors. Together, we help families gather around the table and enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Need of the week: Cleaning Supplies. These items can be put in the wooden box in the narthex of the church or brought to us Mon – Thurs 9am – 11am. We are located across the street on the lower level of the Tileston Building. Donations should be dropped off on the 5th street side of the building.
